Tracking your order delivery
Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an automated email notification from Big Poppas E-juice NZ, with your delivery and online courier tracking details. Please follow the progress of your delivery through the online tracking system.
Lost or items damaged during delivery
If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel, longer than the expected time frame and there is no reasonable explanation for the delay, you may get in touch with us through firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact page and we will follow this up for you. If you have not received your parcel within 10 days, please advise us immediately so that we are able to investigate and if necessary proceed to claim for a loss.
Returns and Refunds
Our returns do not extend to e-liquids and e-juices due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer a refund on these items. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
